City of Garden Grove, Community and Economic Dev. Director
Lisa was appointed the Community and Economic Development Director in April 2016. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of economic development, community revitalization, and redevelopment dissolution, with an emphasis in business attraction, retention, and expansion for the public sector.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona and obtained her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Brandman University.
Lisa maintains a strong involvement in the local community, and serves on the Executive Board of various organizations including Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA), National League of Young Men, and National Charity League.
