Janet Burt is Director of Diversity and Business Development at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard Smith LLP leading the DEI department, driving transformative change, and spearheading initiatives across 55 offices nationwide. Janet’s prior experience includes business consulting for various entities such as KOTRA to facilitate international trade and investment. Janet holds a double major in Biology and Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and possess advanced proficiency in Korean. Some of the community engagement and leadership role include President of the City of Los Angeles Affordable Housing Commission, YMCA Anderson Munger board, Innovative Housing Opportunity Board, AKP Sports Foundation Advisor and recently received an appointment as a board of Los Angeles County Personal Assistance Services Council.
