Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO) is a nonprofit developer dedicated to enriching communities with high-quality affordable housing, transformative services and economic empowerment opportunities throughout Southern California. As the Director of Community Impact and Programs, I lead and oversee programs and services, fund development, community engagement, and implementation of strategic partnerships for community impact across IHO’s portfolio. The Impact and Programs Team works closely with the Real Estate Development, Finance, and Operations teams to assure seamless integration of high-quality services and programs that promote education, leadership, health and well-being, community building, and economic resiliency.
