Gia Ly, CEO of ArrowGTP, is a multicultural marketing powerhouse with over 20 years of experience driving success for clients across diverse sectors including government agencies, nonprofits, technology, hospitality, and insurance. As a strategic consultant for public agencies and non-profit entities, she’s also a community builder who empowers small businesses and organizations through collaborative initiatives and programs.
Gia Ly’s expertise transcends industries and extends to boardrooms. As Past Chair of the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of CSUF Auxiliary Services Corporation, President of the Vietnamese American Arts and Media Association, and board member of various public and non-profit organizations, she champions inclusivity and fosters dialogue across communities. From crafting impactful campaigns to mediating critical conversations, Gia Ly’s passion for connection fuels her work. Her voice, frequently heard in college classrooms, community, and business forums, inspires and amplifies underrepresented perspectives.
Gia Ly holds a BA in International Business from CSU Fullerton and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Chapman University.
