Thanh Pham is an experienced C-suite bank executive. Throughout his career, Thanh has launched various types of banking platforms at both large and small institutions. Projects included structured finance vehicles, Fintech partnerships and SBA lending. He is currently focused on growing California International Bank, N.A. as the President and CEO. As a proud Domer with a from the University of Notre Dame, he understands learning is a continuous journey. To enhance work experience and gain more perspectives, he earned several designations (Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Mortgage Banker, Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist). His spare time away from work is spent with his Life Boss and two daughters. In addition to the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce, he also serves as the Chairman for the Small Business Development Corp of Orange County.
