Institute for Workforce Development
Leila Mozaffari, the Executive Director of the Institute for Workforce Development at Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) has extensive experience in assisting diverse businesses grow and expand at a healthy pace.
Since joining RSCCD in 2006, Leila has focused her efforts in bringing increased resources and services to Orange County’s vibrant business community. Over the years, she has been instrumental in expanding Corporate and Government Business Development services and matchmaking programs which is credited with helping woman-owned, minority-owned and small businesses successfully bid and win contracts and access the working capital needed for growth. Through the Institute for Workforce Development, Leila and her team assist businesses in upgrading the skills of their employees through education, training and professional development in order to assure business success.
Ms. Mozaffari is active in the community and serves on many boards in an advisory or fiduciary capacity.
